\nMandalay Mee Shay: rice noodles (underneath it all) supporting chicken and pork (because I asked for both \ud83d\ude09) in a rich soy based sauce, with bean sprouts, pickled mustard greens, and fried dough sprinkled with fried garlic.<\/p>\n<\/a>
\nGarlic Flavored Oil Noodle: noodles and diced chicken in a garlicky sauce dressed with crispy fried onion and fresh scallion.<\/p>\n<\/a>
\nAssorted Vegetable Fritters: kidney bean, Chinese squash, split pea.<\/p>\n<\/a>
\nBurmese Style Pork Offal: intestine, liver, heart, kidney, tongue, ear, stomach, you get the idea.<\/p>\n<\/a>
