If you\u2019re curious about the sausages, there\u2019s smoky Transmontano and two kinds of Chouri\u00e7o Caseiro (home style), a dry one and a darker, softer number, both made from pork and wine.<\/p>\n<p>So now, instead of too many sausages in the freezer, I have too much soup. \ud83d\ude15 Wouldn\u2019t it be great if that were the worst of our problems?
