Tasted pretty good, especially on a snowy day in May here in New York City.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re curious about the garnishes (aside from the cilantro and spibbles of coconut milk), the little spherical bits are crispy dried peas (technically Chinese) for some crunch, and the gossamer threads are dried shredded red pepper (technically Korean) for some pretty.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nStay safe, be well, and eat whatever it takes. \u2764\ufe0f<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At this point I think it\u2019s pretty clear that Cooking \ud83c\udf73 in the Time of COVID must have something to do with being stir \ud83e\udd44 crazy.
