But some clouds do conceal silver linings: in this case, I uncovered a trove of photos that indeed belong here that I had posted on the Insta when I was playing that gram back in the day.<\/p>\n<p>In recognition of the January 13th celebration of Korean American Day, the anniversary of the first Korean immigrants to arrive in the US in 1903, I offer some pix from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mokbar.com\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Mokbar,<\/a> the Korean restaurant at 212 Flatbush Avenue in Brooklyn.
