I had read about their Taiwanese Braised Pork Belly Rice Platter so I had to investigate to see if it would make a good candidate for my <em>Snacking in Flushing \u2013 the Best of the Best<\/em> Ethnojunket.<\/p>\n<p>The dish, Lu Rou Fan, is served over jasmine rice with a side of braised egg and saut\u00e9ed preserved mustard greens, and it\u2019s chef Richard Chan\u2019s special sauce that makes it one of their signature dishes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ethnojunkie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/IMG_9119-edited-1440.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ethnojunkie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/IMG_9119-edited-1440.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1440\" height=\"1080\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-17787\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ethnojunkie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/IMG_9119-edited-1440.jpg 1440w, https:\/\/ethnojunkie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/IMG_9119-edited-1440-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ethnojunkie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/IMG_9119-edited-1440-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/ethnojunkie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/IMG_9119-edited-1440-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ethnojunkie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/IMG_9119-edited-1440-400x300.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1440px) 100vw, 1440px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nAnd while I was there, I tried their version of Taiwanese Gua Bao \u2013 slow-cooked pork belly with peanuts, cilantro, and more mustard greens plus special sauce in case a snack-sized goodie would work better for us.<\/p>\n<p>They both look good, right?
