Here\u2019s another \u2013 and this one comes with an air of mystery. I can say with certainty that they are Fujianese, that they are made from glutinous rice and filled with beans (probably adzuki), and that they are \u201cnot too sweet\u201d (as seems to be the mantra for Chinese snacks \ud83d\ude09).<\/p>\n<p>Beyond that, I\u2019d suggest that you sign up for my \u201cNot Your Ordinary Chinatown Tour\u201d when the weather gets a little warmer and drier and we can sample these \u2013 and lots more \u2013 together.
