Hey, IYKYK. I\u2019ve visited K-Town (roughly centered on 32nd St between Madison Ave and Broadway) countless times, primarily because I crave the cuisine but also because I worked near there a lifetime ago so I\u2019m certainly familiar with the fare.<\/p>\n<p>But on a recent afternoon, I was in Manhattan\u2019s Chinatown getting my ducks in a row in anticipation of the opening of ethnojunket season.
