\nPretty much everyone around the world loves dumplings so it\u2019s no surprise that they were well represented at last month\u2019s World\u2019s Fare in Queens. Three examples:<\/p>\n

\ud83c\uddf8\ud83c\uddf0 Baba\u2019s Pierogies (Slovak style) came through with their jalape\u00f1o and Yukon potato blend \u2013 a great combo.<\/p>\n

\ud83c\uddec\ud83c\uddea Georgian khinkali with beef, lamb and herbs from Marani. Despite the resemblance, these are definitely NOT soup dumplings. Just grab one by its topknot and bite into its savory filling.<\/p>\n

\ud83c\udde8\ud83c\uddf3 Dumpling Galaxy\u2019s perfect crispy, tender, succulent lamb dumplings from Northern China. Delicious!
