Don\u2019t be misled by the phrase \u201cfish-flavored\u201d \u2013 it neither contains nor tastes like fish; rather this delicious Sichuan yuxiang (\u9b5a\u9999) sauce refers to a combination of ingredients, a little sweet and sour, a little spicy and salty, often used in preparing fish.
