  1. That looks so good! I love borscht but my husband is not a fan of beets. Yours looks as good as it gets. The textures and gradations in the red are so alluring!

    • Thank you, Caren! It’s my own original recipe. Of course, as someone once said, “There isn’t even such a thing an original idea, it’s more like you learn what you personally approve of or have an affinity for and what you don’t. You gravitate towards that and very slowly a style builds up.” (Hmmm. Sounds familiar….😉)
