Bánh Mì from the always reliable, never disappointing Saigon Bakery at 198 Grand St in Manhattan’s Chinatown, usually a stop on my Manhattan Chinatown ethnojunket. This one is their Number 13, Vietnamese Cold Cut Special Sandwich.

Deconstructed: the inner workings.
